Introduction
To some who view this page, what is offered here will make absolutely no sense to you, for those that have eyes to see, and ears to hear, may this be just another step in your journey to "the Way the Truth and the Light". Everybody has "gotta serve somebody" (mp3 link)!
In this cold impersonal world of cyber space you just do not know whom you are dealing with out there or for that matter their true intentions. To overcome this hurdle I have been instructed by the Father to bare my soul to the world. "Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven." at Mathew 5:15.
After reading and digesting what is offered here you will either love me or hate me, so be it. Neither the Father or the Son are respecters of persons, and as a bondservant of our Lord and Saviour Jesus the Christ, neither am I. "For there is no respect of persons with God" at Romans 2:11 and "But if ye have respect to persons, ye commit sin, and are convinced of the law as transgressors" at James 2:9. With that stated for the record, I offer the following:
My Covenant
When I made the decision to become a dealer for Better World Technologies, I also made a covenant with my God (YHWH). Once we are successful in bringing Free Electricity technology to the world, at a minimum half of all the profits this dealership generates will go back into rebuilding this once great Republic (the purpose of His Covenant Ministries).
Money does not mean much to me now and never has. I have not been rich, or even sought to be, but have always been blessed with the means to provide for the needs of my family. I recently spent some time in Tucson and have never seen such a large number of homeless people. It breaks my heart to think that there are so many folks in this land of milk and honey that do not even have a tent to live in.
So much abundance in so very few hands, soon now I pray to be instrumental in turning this travesty around. This bond servant would achieve greater pleasure in providing food, shelter, clothing, and a second chance at life for my brothers and sisters with nothing, than to live in a mansion. As recorded from Jesus our Christ at Matthew 25:40 "And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done [it] unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done [it] unto me."
Who is Jeff Otto?
Who is Jeff Otto the current Overseer of His Covenant Ministries? There is not a political or diplomatic bone in my body, just a simple bondservant of Jesus, the Christ. Perfect? Not even close, but always striving and repenting to achieve more blessings of the Holy Ghost in my earthly being. How old are you? Honestly I do not know (Birth Certificate rescinded, the rest is hearsay and not admissible in a court of law), I was not cognizant at the time of my birth and my Father has not reveled that to me.
I do know my seed was planted in the Republic of Texas, but entered this world in the Republic of Utah (? Utah achieved statehood after Lincoln's un-civil war) some 50 odd years ago. Why would you refer to the Federal government as Caesar? Simple, the "DE FACTO" corporation known as the UNITED STATES is not much different from the Roman Empire of Christ's time. The United States government is a huge octopus with many tentacles, growing more (the so-called Patriot Act I & now II, Homeland Security, etc.) and longer everyday.
I ended my voluntary contributions to the beast over a decade ago (SSN Rescinded in 1994), once enough of my countrymen and women join me, all of the unconstitutional alphabet soup agency tentacles will wither and die. Revolution and violence is NOT the way! "For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds" II Corinthians 10:3-4.
Are you required to "Render unto Caesar" by law? Take an hour out of your busy day and watch a very professional presentation entitled disturbing expose' of the "United States tax system" and decide for yourself.
All parasites need a host to feed on; either the host removes themselves from the parasitic system or face an untimely and ugly death in chains most never even realize exist. As we are instructed in Revelations at 18:4-5 "And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, My people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues. For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities."
I have walked down many roads in my life thus far; my earthly father was a Southern Baptist minister that would travel hundreds of miles on a Sunday to bring the word of God to a flock with out a shepherd. I accompanied him as a young boy on many of those missions. Back with his Father now, myself like most of us, do not realize or appreciate what riches we have until they are taken away.
Shortly after graduation from high school, my radical side kicked in and it was not long after I was apprehended with a quantity of the dreaded cannabis sativa ("And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which [is] upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which [is] the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat." Genesis 1:29). That was back in the days Caesar would offer the offender a choice (Viet Nam), "You may voluntarily serve your country young man, or face our Just-Us system".
Not much of a choice really, and in Caesar's infinite wisdom I was stationed at Fort Huachuca, right next door to my Mexican National connections. Shortly after overcoming that nightmare I met a beautiful young lady and one thing lead to another. I soon realized the old Jimmy Buffet lifestyle (mp3 link) was not the way for a family man to earn a living. So it was back to college for a degree in building construction and then a general contractors license, not near as fun or as lucrative, but very adequate and legal (not Lawful).
At this stage in my life I have literally come full circle, raised as the son of a Southern Baptist minister, revolted from there to pot trafficker, went through about a three year period as a Scientologist (nothing but a cult), to another three to four year period studying George Wallace's Neo-Tech, atheist philosophy (again nothing but a cult), and finally full circle back to "the Way the Truth and the Light". Am I proud of all the different roads I have walked down? Absolutely not, but I am thankful that I recognized the error of my ways before I dropped off any dead ends. The rod of correction is always present; some heed it while others do not. It is written "Foolishness [is] bound in the heart of a child; [but] the rod of correction shall drive it far from him." at Proverbs 22:15.
It was sometime about 15 years ago now that I realized there was an awful stench growing over the land, the smell of decomposing freedoms, and I became an un-obedient slave. About ten years ago, over a traffic matter, the presiding black robed whore told a friend of mine that he wiped his backside with the Constitution. What arrogance! In the years of study since, I have learned that certain "his Honor" could not be more wrong; the Constitution does not even enter into the equation.
For those of us, by the Grace of God, to be born into the American Republic (did you ever pledge allegiance to "the democracy" for which she stands?) we enter into this earth with our entire God given freedoms intact. Those freedoms do not last long these days. Before a baby's foot can touch the ground, the doctor slaps ink on it and imprints the Birth Certificate. Contract number one! What a racket, the poor kid has not even been introduced to his/her mother's breast and is already branded and sold into bondage. For your edification, the Birth Certificate is recorded at the county level, transferred to the State, and then SOLD to the Department of Treasury as collateral on the national debt. The other obvious contracts are the marriage license, voter registration, driver's license, bank signature card, as well as any professional license, etcetera.
People wonder how the State can come in and take their children based on nothing more than an anonymous phone call (or whatever leads "the powers that be" to your door). What about the right to face your accuser? You contracted that away. The State is a third party to your marriage and your kid's birth certificate; you are only allowed custody as long as you follow their rules. For it is written: "My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge; because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to Me; seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children." God the Father at Hosea 4:6.
Shortly after awakening out of my Neo-Tech, atheist coma I was directed to the work of "the Christ's assembly" in California, a reference to their efforts has been on my sites since October of '96. While I have great respect for Randy, John and the other bondservant's work and dedication, I believe they express tunnel vision in some of their thinking. There is nothing wrong with striving for perfection, however not one of us will achieve it here.
Our earthly experience is a school; so to speak, we are rewarded for our good deeds and experience the rod of correction upon wandering astray. For example I have heard them tell of the evils of Rock-n-Roll, I disagree, God and His message are omni-present to those seeking the Light. Do you hear the word of God, or do you gravitate to the ramblings of the devil?
I am sure this also holds true for the most filthy Rap (chicken pecking music) and New Age stuff out there, although I just do not have the patience or desire to look in such dark and nasty places. The above is only in regards to His children; of course Baal rewards his servants very well indeed. YHWH allows this simply because these puny earthly rewards are all they will ever experience, and upon death will be condemned to the lake of fire for eternity. "And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire" the Law as written at Revelations 20:15.
Just a simple man (mp3 link) I attend no earthly church, the Law of God is always with me and my church is where ever I happen to be. All 501c3 religious organizations are in direct contract with Caesar and thus serve Caesar, not God. They (our modern day Pharisees) purport to teach the word of God when in reality (whether they realize it or not) they serve Caesar. From our Christ Jesus "No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon." at Matthew 6:24 and Luke 16:13. No wonder they are always ranting about obeying your government and "render unto Caesar" (it is stated in their contract).
For enlightenment on our Christ's intent when instructing His disciples to "render unto Caesar" what is Caesar's and unto God what is God's. There are many good articles and perspectives of the true meaning of Romans 13 on the Internet, if interested, use any good search engine like Google. Many previous 501c3 pastors are now rescinding their government contracts (including their SSN slave number) and returning to the old ways all across this nation, of course you will not learn of this new trend from the elitist controlled media (search 501c3). For it is written "I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot. So because thou art lukewarm, and neither hot nor cold, I will spew thee out of my mouth" at Revolutions 3:15-16.
The Lord thy God shall "render unto Caesar" for it is written at Revelations 18:9-10 "And the kings of the earth, who have committed fornication and lived deliciously with her, shall bewail her, and lament for her, when they shall see the smoke of her burning, Standing afar off for the fear of her torment, saying, Alas, alas, that great city Babylon, that mighty city! for in one hour is thy judgment come."
The road from slave to freeman (not sovereign, for only YHWH is sovereign) is not easy, quick or painless. As a general contractor for 20 years as well as a real estate broker for 4 of those years, I positioned myself to make a very good living with-in the system and chose to walk away from it all. If I would have been smart and stayed with-in man's system, made my killing, and then withdrawn... BUT, I am immediately reminded of the law as written at Matthew 25:13 "Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh." Once you have a glimpse of the Light, there is no retreating back into the darkness.
The trials and tribulations are many and continue. "Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou [art] with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever." at Psalm 23:4-6. Can they just kill me? Only when the Creator decides it is time to withdraw His protection and call this old longhaired country boy home.
I own nothing but have been entrusted with more than I need. For it is written: "Behold, the heaven and the heaven of heavens [is] the LORD'S thy God, the earth [also], with all that therein [is]." at Deuteronomy 10:14 and "For the earth [is] the Lord's, and the fullness thereof." at Corinthians 10:26. My first and only marriage was set aside for biblical reasons; she received her bill of divorcement. "When a man hath taken a wife, and married her, and it come to pass that she find no favour in his eyes, because he hath found some uncleanness in her: then let him write her a bill of divorcement, and give [it] in her hand, and send her out of his house" at Deuteronomy 24:1. I owe no man for it is written at Romans 13:8 "Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law."
After being directed to attend a Better World Technologies demonstration in March of 1996, I became a dealer for them. One of the reasons for creating a website, and later JeffOtto.com (formerly Jeffry.com) was for the purpose of introducing these technologies to the world. There is a lot of negative garbage all over the Internet; we face threats and harassment on a daily basis by the media, the BBB (Big Business Bureau), and many States' Attorney Generals.
Is Dennis Lee a con? Who knows except YHWH Himself, only God can look into a man's heart! My research and the "Holy Ghost" within me say most likely not. A read and check of the facts documented in The Alternative should be enough for any individuals still able to think for themselves. There is a lot on the table here folks, when we are successful there is going to be one major power shift throughout the entire world. The so-called "powers that be" will lose a major chokehold of control, ENERGY!
It never ceases to amaze me how some people are never satisfied. These swine are not satisfied with just being filthy rich; they want total control over every aspect of your lives. As instructed by our Christ at Matthew 19:23-24 Then said Jesus unto his disciples, "Verily I say unto you, That a rich man shall hardly enter into the kingdom of heaven. And again I say unto you, It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God."
So this is were I am at now in my life's journey, traveling about "His world" seeking my "heart of gold" (mp3 file) and the place I want to call home. I go where I am directed, when I am directed, with no worries of Caesar. "And the LORD said unto me, Arise, take [thy] journey before the people, that they may go in and possess the land, which I sware unto their fathers to give unto them." at Deuteronomy 10:11.
I bend my knee to no man for it is written at Romans 11:4 "But what saith the answer of God unto him? I have reserved to myself seven thousand men, who have not bowed the knee to [the image of] Baal." I had a real good friend at one time (now back with his Father) who shared this advise with me "never tweak the tiger's tail" oh' well, never was one much for human advice, I am a student in the school of hard knocks. So for those of you who think I am on the run, far from it my brothers and sisters!
To you pitiful bureau-rats that are undoubtedly reading this, if you come a knockin' be sure you have your papers in order...
