Most state statutes contain very stealthy wording that shows the state's recognition that God is superior to the state. Examples of such phrasing are:
ARIZONA Section 10-1852 in conformity with its [Corporation Sole's] constitution, cannons, rites or regulations" Section 10-1855 "All deeds and other instruments in writing shall be made and signed in the name of the corporation sole in the capacity designated in the articles"
NEVADA Section 84.010 formed for the benefit of religion, for works of charity, and for public worship, [not for the benefit of the state or in the public interest].
MONTANA Section 35-3-102: "when not inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter" Section 35-3-201: "Whenever the rules or discipline permit or require the business thereof be managed by the [office holder] it shall be lawful for such [office holder] to become a corporation sole in the manner herein described."
WASHINGTON RCW 24.12.010 "as nearly as may be" "with all the privileges provided by law for religious corporations [corporation sole]."
One of the effects of this autonomy is that the Corporation Sole may operate their automobiles on public highways with immunity from interference by mobile revenue collectors. With proper documentation carried in the automobile, a special "license" plate, and authorization for the automobile operator, the Corporation Sole may be relieved of the need for annual renewal of licenses and registration. With a "Certificate of Financial Responsibility" the church can bypass the outrageous expense of automobile insurance. This takes study and determination. Do not expect to do this with no more information than is included here!
Many other benefits may be realized by free exercise of religion through Corporation Sole.
Staying Separated
Are you getting the picture of how advantageous it is to be completely separated from the system? Because Sovereignty, at its most basic level, means being free of both debt and legal disabilities (immunity), then being completely separated from the system also means that we have protected ourselves in advance from IRS liens, levies, and land grabs. With no debt or legal disability, our rights are not compromised.
Our separation can be as restful as it is profitable when we have learned how to keep the IRS and Social Security from putting their hands in our pockets. We will spend our time in profitable pursuits instead of spending those hours slaving to maintain records for IRS.
When Moses was given the job of turning Jacob's (Israel's) family into a Nation, they were "called out" of Egypt. They were admonished to be completely separated from other nations. The Greek word translated "church" in the New Testament means "called out ones." When we are totally separated from earthly governments (as the Israelites were supposed to be) and when we are obedient to all of God's laws, as the Israelites rarely were, then we would have all of the protection and blessings that God bestowed upon the Israelites as our own.
The format for the organization that is used by Gamaliel Ministries is that Gamaliel serves as an advisory and sponsoring entity. Gamaliel names the first Overseer of the new Corporation Sole and on advice and consent of the membership, can also name the successors in office. Sometimes, we arrange for the Overseer to name his own successor-in-office.
Because of the unique capacity as an oversight entity, Gamaliel Ministries provides the new Corporation Sole Overseer and his officers with a Bank Resolution Statement that can be used as a limited power of attorney for opening bank accounts, brokerage accounts, and making other arrangements on behalf of the new Corporation Sole. Other supporting paperwork and suggested business procedures are provided.
All property of the Corporation Sole is owned by the Corporation Sole and not by Gamaliel Ministries. One of the real beauties of organizing in this way is that all "business" is done in a very straightforward, normal manner. There are no annual fees paid to Gamaliel Ministries, as is common in offshore entity protection.
If and when there are any annual fees paid to a state, these are paid directly, with no bookkeeping mark-up by Gamaliel Ministries. In short, this seems to be the most autonomous way that a Sovereign may protect the title for property and function in today's society without becoming entangled with compromising contracts.
